Stargos VDL

Stargos VDL is het voorbeeld van een modern top sportpaard.
Hij beschikt over zeer veel atletisch vermogen, spectaculaire reflexen, een hoge mate van
lichtvoetigheid en een topinstelling. Met topvererver Stakkato Gold als vader en Conthargos als
moedersvader belooft de pedigree van Stargos veel voor de toekomst. Stargos moeder Carlotta
springt 1.35m en is een dochter van de uitstekend fokkende merrie Ebata; deze Argentinus-dochter
bracht onder meer 1.60m-springpaard Carla de Balou en de volle zus van Stargos zijn moeder, het
1.50m-springpaard Call Me Diva. Daarnaast is Ebata de grootmoeder van Grand Prix- springpaard
Landlady. Overgrootmoeder Lugina sprong zelf met succes op 1.40m-niveau en gaf onder meer de
hengst Montealban La Silla. Stargos slaagde met een hoge score van 80 punten voor het KWPN-
verrichtingsonderzoek. Als zesjarige werd hij 6e op het NK voor 5-jarige paarden en won o.a. de
finale van de GMB jonge paarden competitie. Afgelopen jaar won hij in Valencia en werd 7e in zijn
eerste Grote Prijs in Exloo. Daarnaast presteerde hij het om de VHO Trofee in ’s Hertogenbosch te
winnen, nadat hij op jonge leeftijd al alle competitie finales én elke afzonderlijke wedstrijd in elke
leeftijdscategorie winnend wist af te sluiten. Een ongelofelijke prestatie!
De oudste nakomelingen van Stargos zijn nu drie jaar oud en laten een uitstekende techniek en een
geweldige instelling zien bij het springen. Met volledig vertrouwen kijken we uit naar zijn toekomst
als sportpaard en fokhengst.

He possesses exceptional athletic ability, spectacular reflexes, remarkable lightness, and an
outstanding attitude. With top sire Stakkato Gold as his father and Conthargos as his dam’s sire,
Stargos’ pedigree holds great promise for the future.

His dam, Carlotta, competes at the 1.35m level and is a daughter of the exceptional broodmare
Ebata. This Argentinus daughter produced, among others, the 1.60m showjumper Carla de Balou and
the full sister of Stargos’ dam, the 1.50m jumper Call Me Diva. Additionally, Ebata is the granddam of
the Grand Prix showjumper Landlady. Stargos’ great-granddam, Lugina, successfully competed at the
1.40m level and produced the stallion Montealban La Silla.

Stargos successfully passed the KWPN performance test with a high score of 80 points. As a six-year-
old, he finished 6th at the Dutch National Championships for five-year-olds and won, among other
achievements, the final of the GMB Young Horse Competition. Last year, he claimed victory in
Valencia and placed 7th in his first Grand Prix in Exloo. Additionally, he triumphed in the VHO Trophy
in ’s-Hertogenbosch, after having already won every competition final and each individual class in
every age category at a young age—an incredible achievement!

Stargos’ oldest offspring are now three years old and show excellent technique and great attitude in
their jumping. With full confidence, we look forward to his future as a sport horse and breeding
stallion.
